The "Brief Sample of My Work" area in your Profile, for example, on this site is formatted in Light BBCode. Which means you can edit like HTML fields, only instead of using these < > you're using these [ ]. Everything else is, I'm pretty certain, the same. Below are some useful links, including a Rich Text/Word and HTML to BBCode converter.
