My absolute favorite rarepair OTPs are, from the MCU, Peter Parker|Spider-Man/Jack Hammer|Weasel and HYDRA Bob/Dopinder (Bobpinder!), and I'm pretty gone on them. I'm also the only writer writing them, as of now, on AO3. Hopefully that changes in the future because those pairings are the AWESOMEST and deserve lots of love. Not just the sticky-kind.

My OTP is and has LONG been Michael/Caitlin from Airwolf. Also a fan of Boston Legal (Denny/Alan, as either slash or bromance). While they're not particularly rare, I also like Sheldon/Amy or Sheldon/Penny from TBBT, and I'm a fan of somewhat rare character Todd from SGA.

I haven't seen Airwolf since the 80s! I grew up on that show!
The other shows you mentioned, I only rarely watched. Didn't care too much for Boston Legal, despite my love of Spader (ULTRON!) and Shatner (KIRK! TJ HOOKER!). TBBH is something I can only watch once in a blue moon. And SGA I just missed most of the first season and was lost, thereafter, though I still read a bunch of McShep and LOVED Ronon! Jason Momoa is such a gorgeous man. . . .
I vaguely remember Todd. Weird hair and glasses, right? Always back and forth with McKay? Kinda the comic relief?
I'm not too big on het, either, lol, unless it's Firefly/Serenity: Zoe/Wash (canon) or maybe BtVS: Anya/Giles (rarepair). But mostly for the humor, in both cases, and the sweetness/contrasting personalities. Definitely not for the smut.
